Round-trip flights including taxes from your requested gateway airport using the scheduled flights of major international airlines.
Airport arrival and departure service.
Accommodation in twin or triple rooms in Tourist or Superior Tourist Class hotels with private facilities guaranteed.
Continental Breakfast and Dinner throughout your tour.
All excursions and visits as described in your group's customised itinerary, including admission costs.
The exclusive services of a Casterbridge Tourguide who will accompany your group throughout your tour.
All transportation throughout your tour by private bus or rail as indicated on your group's customised itinerary.
Travel cards (or their equivalent) for transportation within capital cities.

The free place ratio may be adjusted to provide free places on the basis of 1:5, 1:8, 1:10 or any other figure. 1:5 will enable more chaperones to travel, whilst 1:8 or 10 or 20 will reduce student costs accordingly.

If you feel you have received good service from your Casterbridge Tour Manager/ Guide and bus driver, it is usual to tip to cover both the guide and driver. Porterage is not included as a standard provision but can be provided on your group's program if specifically requested at the time of your initial inquiry. Chaperones on free places are automatically covered with free Medical, Property and $1.5 million Personal Liability Insurance. Each student must be covered by medical insurance while abroad on a Casterbridge Tour. We are aware that some schools and parents have inclusive travel insurance policies but, if required, we offer a Comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy which includes full Medical, Cancellation and Property coverage at a cost of $6 per day.
