Schedule a Meeting or a Presentation with a Regional Coordinator

We take great pride in our efforts to give our very best personal service and attention to all of our group leaders. Most importantly, this includes the crucial period of your tour’s planning, promotion and recruitment. In order to assist you we are always pleased to offer face-to-face planning meetings, and for those groups promoting a Casterbridge tour we will have a regional Tour Coordinator come and give a formal evening presentation to your interested participants and parents.

You can also meet a Regional Tour Coordinator and discuss your group travel plans at one of the numerous Conferences we will be attending this fall. Please see below for the conferences we are scheduled to attend.

Please note that we will be pleased to schedule a visit to anyone in Virginia, Washington D.C., Eastern Maryland, Southern California, or Ontario with as little as three days notice. Just call us and we will find a mutually beneficial time to come and meet with you.

September 2010
