All-Inclusive Group Tours
The costs shown for any Casterbridge itinerary are exceptionally inclusive. There are no additional registration fees, airport taxes and fuel surcharges, adult room supplements, charges for optional excursions, or any other hidden costs, so you will always know exactly what is included in your tour program.
What Is Included?
Our standard tour costings include the following:
- Round-trip Flights with a major carrier on scheduled flights and guaranteed dates
- Airport taxes/fuel surcharges
- Accommodation in three star (occasional 4 star or superior 2 star) tourist class hotels with private facilities guaranteed throughout
- Continental breakfast and dinners throughout your touring program
- A Casterbridge Tour Manager/Guide to accompany your group 24 hours a day from arrival to departure
- All excursions, cultural activities and (several pre-booked) admissions as per your itinerary
- The expertise and perspective of local guides during your tour
- Transportation by private coach for airport transfers and touring, except in Paris, where public transport is used (and the cost included) for group sightseeing
- Free places in shared twin rooms for group leaders (as per number of full paying participants stated above)
- All Taxes
What Is Not Included?
- Lunches or beverages with meals.
- Any Fees Imposed by the Airlines for a second piece of checked baggage (if applicable), or baggage over the allotted weight.
- Visa fees (if required)
- Tips for the guides and driver (and cruise staff, if applicable).
- Porterage is not included as a standard provision, but can be provided on your group’s program if specifically requested at the time of your initial enquiry.
- Each student must be covered by medical insurance while abroad on a Casterbridge tour. We are aware that some schools and parents have inclusive travel insurance policies but, if required, we offer a Comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy, which includes full Medical, Cancellation, and Property coverage. Our policy costs $71 for those 30 years or below on tours of 6-10 days ($102 for tours of 11 or more days) and $112 for those aged 31 years or above on tours of 6-10 days ($133 for tours of 11 or more days). This travel insurance is gratis for all free group leaders.
We Will Always Include As Much or as Little as You Like
Because we custom design all of our tours to meet the needs of each group, you can ask us to include as many things as you wish. We operate many programs with limited services, such as flights, transfers and accommodation only, as well as programs where group leaders would like more things included. Be sure to inform your regional Tour Coordinator of exactly what you would like included in your group tour package upon your initial inquiry.
