Casterbridge Church Tours Group Leader Incentives

At Casterbridge Church Tours, we greatly appreciate all of the efforts you put forth in planning a religious heritage tour and then recruiting your group. As such, we feel it is both appropriate and important that your church, or an organization of your choosing, be rewarded for your efforts.

One of the best rewards that comes from organizing a group tour is that you will receive complimentary travel on the group tour and receive all of the elements that are included in your specific church tour package. This also includes gratis travel insurance for all free place group leaders.

In addition to complimentary travel, Casterbridge Church Tours is pleased to offer additional incentives for group leaders that book their 2013 tour early, and that have lead a religious heritage tour or group pilgrimage with Casterbridge Church Tours, or a religious heritage tour or group pilgrimage with another group tour operator.

To qualify for complimentary travel and cash donations, you would simply need to provide an initial deposit of $500 per person by the stated dates, and then make final payment no later than 110 days prior to departure!

Our Diamond Booking Incentives – Book Your Group by March 31st

Book your group by March 31st of the year before your tour with as few as 10 participants, and you will qualify for our Diamond Bonus Package, which includes:

  • A Cash Bonus up to $2,200 (based on group size and group travel experience)
  • A Weekend Getaway in the historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia or an iPad 2 ®
  • The possibility of a weekend getaway in Southern England (if your group has 30 or more deposited participants by September 1st)

We strongly recommend that you target one of our early booking incentives dates and schedule the deposit deadline for your group for a week or so prior to our incentive dates. This should give you ample time to provide the deposit and the group booking form to Casterbridge Church Tours in time to qualify for any incentive offer.
