Casterbridge Concert Tours provides travel insurance coverage and assistance through Travel Guard, one of the world’s largest and most respected providers of travel insurance and assistance.

Get Your Insurance Early To Maximize Your Coverage Options

Please note that if your insurance plan is purchased with your deposit, and not less than 180 days before travel, you will automatically receive coverage for any pre-existing medical conditions.

Vacation Protection Plan

Your Travel Guard insurance plan includes the following:

Tour Cost Trip Cancellation and Interruption

This reimburses you for forfeited, nonrefundable, unused payments or deposits if you must cancel or interrupt your trip because of a covered illness, injury, or death of you, an immediate family member, or traveling companion, or for other covered reasons.

$500 Trip Delay

This reimburses you up to $100 per day, if your trip is delayed for more than 12 hours, for reasonable additional expenses until travel becomes possible.

$2,000 Baggage and Personal Effects

This reimburses you if your luggage is lost, damaged, or stolen while you are on your trip.

$200 Baggage Delay

This reimburses you for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 24 hours.

$20,000 Medical Expenses

This covers necessary medical expenses during the trip for the sickness or injury, provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your trip.

$300,000 Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains

This covers evacuation and transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility.

$10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment*

This covers death and loss of limb or eyesight within 180 days of an accident.

$30,000 Common Carrier Accidental Death and Dismemberment*

This covers death and loss of limb or eyesight within 180 days of an accident while flying.

*Coverage for Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Common Carrier Accidental Death & Dismemberment cannot be combined.

Travel Guard premiums for travel insurance are as follows:

For tours up to ten days:

Student Plans: If you are 30 or under at the time of travel: $75
Adult Plans: If you are 31 or over at time of travel: $118

For tours 11 days and over:

Student Plans: If you are 30 or under at the time of travel: $108
Adult Plans: If you are 31 or over at time of travel: $140
