Book Your Group by March 31st and “Voice Your Choice”

For those group leaders that are able to book their group, with as few as 20 paying participants, by March 31st of the year prior to your travel dates, you will qualify for our “Voice Your Choice” incentives program. You you will earn a cash reward, AND either a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip or Getaway to England.

“Voice Your Choice” for a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip

You can choose to take a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip to visit some of the venues and sites that the group will experience while on tour. This option is available for music directors with 30+ passengers in their group. If you opt for the Pre-Tour Inspection we will need to know the dates that you are available.

We will need a minimum of three months from receiving your group booking to put the arrangements in place, and there will be blackout dates around certain holiday periods such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.

The inspection trip will include round-trip flights from a major gateway, up to 4 nights’ hotel accommodation on a B&B basis in a major city on your itinerary, and the opportunity to view accommodations and prospective venues.

With a group of 30-59 paying participants, you will earn a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip for one
With a group of 60-89 paying participants, you will earn a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip for two
With a group of 90-119 paying participants, you will earn a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip for three
With a group of 120+ paying participants, you will earn a Pre-Tour Inspection Trip for four

If you do not qualify for, or do not wish to take the Pre-tour Inspection Trip we can also offer:

“Voice Your Choice” for a Free Trip to England

As part of our Diamond Incentives package, you can qualify for a Getaway to England if you are able to provide at least 20 deposits by March 31st of the year before you travel, and then have registered at least 30 participants by September 30th of the year before you travel.

With a minimum of 30 paying participants you will qualify for a 3-night trip to Southern England that includes:

One Round-trip Transatlantic Flight Ticket
Complimentary Airport Transfers
Accommodation in a Cottage in Sherborne, England
An Opportunity to Meet our Operations Team at our Head Office

When choosing your “Voice Your Choice” option, keep in mind that you will also qualify for a Cash Bonus, and a weekend getaway to the Shenandoah Valley.

If you are unable to meet the Diamond Booking Incentive deadline of March 31st, we also offer cash bonuses for booking by April 30th, June 15th, August 31st, or October 15th. The earlier you can book your group, the larger your cash bonus!
