3. Can you guarantee that our tour will proceed on the actual dates we have booked, and not shifted at the last minute by up to a week?

4. Can you cancel our travel program prior to booking?

5. What airline will we travel on? Can you confirm in writing that we will not be on a charter flight? How many plane changes will we have? How long will our layovers be at each airport?

6. When will we receive our flight details?

7. When will we receive our list of hotels?

8. Can there be a price increase or 10% surcharge for any reason at all? Could you tell me the currency rate for your prices?

9. Can you guarantee there will be no small group supplement or twin room supplements for our group? Or any hidden membership or registration charges?

10. What admissions are included on your tour? What optional excursions that we will have to pay for while on tour?

11. Can you guarantee how many people there will be to a room and that certain individuals will not have to share rooms with members of another travel group?

12. Are all weekend supplements, airport taxes, and fuel surcharges included in your costing?

13. Is there a transportation pass for capital cities included in the tour price?
