What Is Included In A Casterbridge Concert Tour?
The costs shown for any Casterbridge Concert Tour itinerary are exceptionally inclusive. There are no additional registration fees, airport taxes and fuel surcharges, adult room supplements, charges for optional excursions, or any other hidden costs, so you will always know exactly what is included in your tour program.
What Is Included?
Our standard tour costings include the following:
- Round-trip flights (including taxes) from your requested gateway airport using scheduled flights on major airlines.
- Accommodation in twin or triple rooms in 3-star (occasionally 4-star or superior 2-star) tourist hotels with private facilities guaranteed.
- Continental Breakfast and Dinner throughout your tour.
- Concert arrangements and publicity for a specified number of performances.
- All excursions and visits as described in your group’s customized itinerary, including admission costs.
- The exclusive services of a Casterbridge Tour Manager/Guide who will accompany your group throughout your tour.
- Local specialist guides to specific sites of interest, who will emphasize the themes of your tour and add a great deal of depth and educational value to your tour.
- All transportation throughout your tour by private coach or by rail, as indicated on your group’s customized itinerary. If needed, travel cards for public transport are provided in major cities.
- All taxes.
- Free places for group leaders per the agreed free place ratio.
What Is Not Included?
- Lunches or beverages with meals.
- Tips for the guides and driver (and cruise staff, if applicable).
- Any costs for the hire or transportation of equipment/instruments by land or air.
- Any fees imposed by the airlines for a second piece of checked baggage (if applicable), or baggage over the allotted weight.
- Visa fees (if required)
- Porterage is not included as a standard provision, but can be provided on your group’s program if specifically requested at the time of your initial inquiry.
- Travel insurance – Casterbridge offers a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy to all participants. This Policy includes Health, Cancellation and Property coverage. Our policy costs $71 for those 30 years or below on tours up to 10 days ($102 for tours of 11 or more days) and $112 for those aged 31 years or above on tours up to 10 days ($133 for tours of 11 or more days). This travel insurance is gratis for all free group leaders.
