When you call or e-mail us, you will be assigned a Concert Tour Coordinator to help you start planning your tour.

When, Where, and Theme

As you begin planning a group tour, your Concert Tour Coordinator will ask you some basic questions:

• Where do you want to go?
• When do you wish to travel?
• What themes or musical/cultural goals should we keep in mind?

When…

We operate all of our performing tours and programs throughout the year, which makes planning a group concert tour much easier.

You can travel to any of our worldwide destinations at any time with as few as 10 participants: Christmas in Vienna, New Year’s Eve in London, spring in Copenhagen, summer amidst the Alps, or autumn in Paris – the choice is yours.

You may plan to travel on any date. We will happily work around whatever best fits your needs.

Where…

We operate performing tours on six continents and to any country that the State Department deems safe. We give you the ultimate flexibility to choose a destination that will have the most impact on your performing group.

Theme…

Your Concert Tour Coordinator will help plan your tour around the themes and musical/cultural goals most important to you.

We have encountered a range of program requests over the years and will meet all thematic requests with a well-researched variety of activities.

You have the final say on exactly what you see and do, and on how to incorporate your goals into the program.

Initial Itinerary and Quick Quote

If you already have an itinerary in mind, we can e-mail you a preliminary itinerary and Quick Quote within 72 hours. This initial outline will include a fully detailed program with pricing and a list of all included services, including venue options, flights, hotels, and sightseeing.

We will be happy to work with you to refine your proposal and create an itinerary that is tailored to your own precise needs.

Modify Your Program

After you have received a proposal back from us, you may think of additional activities or locations to add to your itinerary, or decide that you want to add or subtract a day or two.

Perhaps you want to add three days in another city, or spend one less day in the provinces. Perhaps a colleague or group member has some ideas to contribute.

We allow you to modify your travel program prior to the time of booking, until it meets your exact needs, at no extra cost. You may change it as many times as you wish, until you are completely satisfied and are ready to proceed with booking your tour on this basis.

Each time you make a change, you will receive an updated proposal documenting it to ensure that you always have the most current and complete information in your hands.
