Group Leader Incentives for Leading a Service Tour

At Casterbridge Planet Earth, we greatly appreciate all of the efforts you put forth in planning a service tour and then recruiting your group. As such, we feel it is both appropriate and important that an organization you will be assisting on your service tour will be further rewarded for your efforts.

One of the best rewards that comes from organizing a group tour is that you will receive complimentary travel on the group service tour and receive all of the elements that are included in your specific service tour package. This also includes gratis travel insurance for all free place group leaders.

In addition to complimentary travel, Casterbridge Planet Earth is pleased to offer additional donations for booking a volunteer travel program early, and that have lead a service tour or group tour with Casterbridge, or a service tour or group travel program with another group tour operator.

Earn Cash Bonuses and Free Travel

To qualify for free travel and cash bonuses, you would simply need to provide an initial deposit of $500 per person by the stated dates, and then make final payment no later than 110 days prior to departure!

Our Diamond Booking Incentives – Book Your Group by March 31st

Book your group by March 31st of the year before your tour with as few as 10 participants, and you will qualify for our Diamond Bonus Package, which includes:

We strongly recommend that you target one of our early booking incentives dates and schedule the deposit deadline for your group for a week or so prior to our incentive dates. This should give you ample time to provide the deposit and the group booking form to Casterbridge in time to qualify for any incentive offer.
